Summit Supply

I strongly do not recommend doing business with Summit Supply. We used them in a couple of our restaurants, and the experience was extremely disappointing. They are difficult to deal with, and when they tell you they’re going to provide something, you often end up being charged without actually receiving it. If you’re not constantly watching them, their technicians will leave you with enough product to last six months, clearly not with your best interests in mind. It feels commission-driven, not cost-saving. They are not there to save you money—they’re there to upsell and overstock you. The owner does not keep his word. Fortunately, I had our agreement in writing via text, because he later tried to change the deal and push different terms. Even worse, he never had the courtesy to call me

Summit Supply is probably the best restaurant service company in the US. They have accounts in the Bahamas as well. Tom and his crew are professional and timely with everything. I also eat at many other restaurants around New England where I see their logo in the rest rooms on the dispensers. I know that I’m in good hands . Highly recommend.

Summit Restaurant Sup. was fantastic! A shipping issue happened with a pasta maker we ordered and they dealt with it quickly, generously, and had it on my doorstep in no time! Plan on buying from them again! (also, pasta maker works awesome! Solid piece of equipment at fantastic price!)

Saw one of their trucks responding to a cleaning emergency this morning. I know it must have been an emergency because he passed me in the right lane on route 101 doing 90 mph.

Best Supplier I have ever dealt with. Hands down. Professional, courteous. You can tell the employees love working there.
