Suglia's in Schuylkill Haven

Probably won’t consider returning, the “garlic knots” were essentially just rolls & the special pizza had all the toppings thrown to the middle of the pie.

OMG.. sooo good.. I normally get a meatball hoagie or American sub but today I got buffalo chicken stromboli. Amazing.. wish I could give this place more than five stars

Update: I stopped in maybe a week a go and all of the employees were very friendly! It was a great experience. It made me want to stop by more often! Thank you, Suglia's! Original review: First I will just let everyone know that I am a big pizza critic from NJ. With that said, I also have to say that I really like the pizza here. Mainly the plain and pepperoni. But there are two things that continue to make me hesitate before I go here (and I pass it all the time). The first and main holdup for me is the pricing. The pizza is just too expensive. The real sting for me recently was about two weeks ago I caved and decided to buy a pizza here again and they claim their smallest size is medium... but when you see that "medium" size its small. Small enough that they only cut it into 6 slices.

Pizza was good. Ordered a California cheeseburger add bacon. Guy on the phone confirmed all toppings add bacon. When I received the burger it was cold and only had cheese and one slice of bacon on it. Woman on the phone said I would have to return the food for a replacement or refund but was impersonal and rude about it. I don't think I should have to immediately return to your store for a refund when the mistake was yours. Edit: a credit for the burger has been issued.

Hands down the worst customer service I've received in years. Called to resolve issue with both restaurant and recipients of order, it was a nightmare. I was sending lunch as a surprise, the driver went to 3 incorrect houses before finding their (easy to locate) house. By then, food was cold and my friends didn't want any part of it - owner spoke to me so rudely, I am still shaking. Refused to make any adjustments, help in any way. I would never order from them again. After the whole kerfuffle, I spoke with others who haven't ordered in years because of the owners and poor food quality. Awful, awful experience.
