From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. We were warmly welcomed by Debí, who gave us a lovely tour of the house—highlighting the inviting gathering space with a piano and a beautifully stocked bar offering a selection of spirits. The atmosphere immediately felt cozy, gracious, and thoughtfully curated.||Our room was beautiful, with a very comfortable bed and charming Southern-style décor. Coffee and tea were readily available, adding to the feeling of ease and hospitality. A lovely historic home that is in the heart of old Atlanta. Easy access to just about anywhere you want to go while also being far away from the hustle & bustle of downtown. The hosts are lovely and had an amazing breakfast ready each morning. My wife and I enjoyed our relaxing vacation thanks to this amazing gem!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sugar Magnolia! The host was incredibly personable. She was welcoming, attentive, and full of great recommendations. Our room was adorable, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, giving it so much charm and character. The location couldn’t be more convenient. It’s an easy walk to the BeltLine and so many great spots nearby, which made exploring the area effortless. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. We’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

My husband and I have stayed at many bed and breakfasts but Sugar Magnolia in Atlanta may just be our favorite. It was charming and pristine; the house full of antiques but completely comfortable. The hosts were welcoming and glad to share stories, recommendations and history of the house. Kathryn served not only scrumptious breakfasts but wonderful conversation. We can’t wait to return!

My wife and I had a wonderful 'staycation' at the Sugar Magnolia Bed & Breakfast. We are locals but enjoyed a weekend getaway where we could recharge and reconnect. The home is lovely and warm and we felt very welcomed by Kathryn, the innkeeper and Debi, one of the owners, when we had a chance to chat with her briefly one evening. Perhaps one of the highlights was the opportunity to connect with the other guests staying at the home at the time over two absolutely delicious breakfasts. While our stay was brief, it was wonderful and we look forward to another stay in the future!
