Sugar Land Beer Garden

Beer was good and as expected hit the spot before boarding. The bartender let me try the beer before ordering and was an easy transaction. Christmas music playing was an added touch! Wife’s bloody marry hit the spot as well.

Absolutely the worst bartender in America!!! Worst service I have ever experienced at Terminal B and stop by twice a month for last 2 years! Not trying to be ugly, but this young man needs a career change asap.

The bartender is awesome and working sooooo hard. All the while her “leader” messes around with an inventory. One might ask, must these bottles be counted when the bar is full of patrons with one server? Or might it wait until patrons are properly served? The world will never know.

Our first bartender hated that she was alive, or it seemed that way. She told me to use the online order that I had used to order my beer 15 minutes before. I told her I did, and she disappeared for 10 more minutes. Came back and said they only had Dos Equis. I said fine. I’ll take anything, and this is after I had paid and tipped her 25 minutes before. Terminal B doesn’t seem to have anywhere else to get a beer, so you’re stuck with it. Plus, the prices are more expensive than I’ve experienced at any airport bar on Earth. $14 for a large Miller Lite. That said, the two bartenders that came in next have better service and were a little more cordial.

Overpriced crappy food. If you don’t order right away they try to kick you out of the seating area even though there is no barrier or signs….or anything indicating it is part of the bar. There is already a lack of seating in the terminal without this crap hole taking up space. So I ordered just to have a place to sit and it was overpriced and tasteless.
