I’ve been a loyal customer of Sugar Daddy Snack Attack for a while, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. Today, I waited over 35 minutes before even being charged for my order, which included a picadilly cup with chamoy ice cream and a fruit cup. I understood there was one family ahead of me with multiple orders, and I waited patiently as the staff prepared each item one at a time. However, it became clear that the staff was moving extremely slowly. After finally being charged and receiving my fruit cup, I was then told I’d need to wait another 15 minutes for the chamoy ice cream because they had to prepare funnel cakes for another customer. This meant that I would have been waiting close to an hour in total for a simple ice cream treat. The lack of prioritization and poo

Great place! Decided on a whim to check it out was so worth. The shaved ice is soft like ice cream and it's great treat for the heat. And the funnel cake was made fresh!
