Customer Reviews
Came here after a Dodger game and was very happy with the food, service, and quiet atmosphere. All the food was delicious and came out quick. It was exactly what we needed. Staff informed us right away there is no bathroom in the restaurant but directed us to the nearest one if needed.
Wow, what a shockingly terrible experience I had here. I just now walked into this restaurant, hungry after traveling by train several hours to see a friend. The woman(possibly the owner?) looks me up and down, shakes her head and said “we’re closed”. Not sure if I misunderstood, I asked “you’re closed?” and she just uncomfortably shakes her head yes. I look at the posted hours, and they’re open until 1am. There were many patrons sitting and enjoying their food. I felt incredibly disrespected and demeaned. Was it the backpack I had on from traveling on the train? Did she feel threatened by me? It was very strange and I wouldn’t recommend a place that just so casually profiles and refuses service to people coming in to buy their food.
Been having lunch here for several months and it’s time to share my secret Japanese spot in Chinatown. Their food is always good and consistent. A+
Suehiro Mini review: Suehiro Mini is a cozy, casual spot known for its authentic Japanese cuisine, especially sushi and ramen. The flavors are fresh and well-balanced, with generous portions. The staff is friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming vibe. It’s a great choice for a quick, satisfying meal with quality ingredients. Prices are reasonable, making it popular among locals and visitors alike. If you want details on a particular dish or experience, let me know!
Decent lunch option inside a little plaza in Chinatown. Small parking lot outside. Had a few tables. Got the beef udon, which was light on the meat but had well cooked noodles and a clear but hearty broth. Staff was really nice. Food was good but a bit pricier than expected for what I got.
