I ordered the buy one sub, get one free deal last night — a turkey sub for me and a cheesesteak sub for my husband. I specifically said no jalapeños on mine, and my husband asked for less jalapeños on his. When we got home, my husband’s sub was fine, but mine had jalapeños all over it, even though I clearly said none. I called the restaurant, and the two employees replayed the video and confirmed that they did make a mistake and put jalapeños on my sub when they shouldn’t have. The next day, I spoke with the manager, who said she would call the owner. Instead of owning up to the mistake, they said my story “sounded fishy” — just because I didn’t mention my allergy to the employees the night before. I didn’t feel like I had to explain my allergy at that point — I simply asked for no jalap

Had a nice lunch experience here. My meatball sub was delicious, the staff was very friendly and attentive. Easy accessibility and plenty of parking. Not far from I-81. The only problem was the bathroom was disgustingly dirty.

Went to subway for the first time in a very long time, the two “women” were very rude and pushy. Did not give me time to order and kept interrupting me. The one just kept throwing food and missing the containers. It was not a great experience and I will not be back…

I work food service, so I give tons of room for error etc, as I understand the work can sometimes be a lot, stressful etc. but I have came here multiple times, and every time I leave disappointed. Today, I walked in and was stared blankly at until she finally asked if she could help me, then I got a sandwich, with onions that were just about stretchy because of how old they were, which I had to take off my sandwich because I just couldn’t eat it. Then had to go get olives from the Dollar Tree to put in my sandwich since they didn’t have any. Every time I’ve ever visited, there’s either been extremely high workers that can’t put a sandwich together correctly, or missing/extremely old products. After a few times of saying I will never be returning to this location again, I think today is the

Yummy subs, order from here quite often. Great value for the price. Place is kept clean overall but have never used their bathroom. Staff is meh but no complaints to what they make. Would and do return here to eat.
