Menus need updated and can be rather deceiving. The Breakfast Combo placard has a 6 inch breakfast sandwich and small drink for $7.49. But if you get a wrap made into a combo it’s somehow $12.80. Does a wrap not qualify as a sandwich? Are the production costs of a wrap that much more expensive than bread? Also, breakfast sandwich’s with meat are best served hot. No one wants a cold slab of deli ham on a breakfast sandwich.

First time in a long time I’ve been charged for a glass of water after ordering a meal…I thought water was a basic human right? These owners should be ashamed for being this cheap. Imagine the quality of the food if they won’t even let a gentleman get a cup of h20. Next they’ll be charging us for salt and pepper and napkins. FFS

Wife is sick so I went to pick up some sandwiches. There was not a single person in line when I got there and right away the young, heavy set, blonde girl gave me attitude. The whole time she made the sandwiches she just threw stuff together very sloppily and acted as though I just ruined her entire day. I attached some photos just to show what we got and especially when sandwiches are over $10 a piece, this is unacceptable. Hopefully management or ownership will see this as to save anyone else from dealing with her and her attitude.

Lazy employees. I placed an online order got my confirmation and the payment is pending from my bank For some reason, the receipt did not come through to the printer to make the order I confirmed this is the correct location and showed my phone to the employee The two girls immediately said they don’t know what to do and I asked if they could contact the manager and her immediate response was our manager literally just quit Then I suggested they called the franchise owner since the payment is pending from my bank After that suggestion, what do they do they call the manager who supposedly just quit After two attempts manager did not answer so they called the franchise owner Of course, instead of him trying to help he just brushed him off the phone and tell the customer they will get thei

If I could rate zero stars on the service I would. The lady who was working tonight was extremely rude and I will never go there again as long as she is working. She was completely impolite to the elder couple that was ordering before us and rushing them through their order without helping them with the menu. When she got to my order, I could not find the sandwich that I wanted on the menu and she was clearly annoyed and told me to “just tell me what kind of meat you want” and could not give me a second to think or find it. When it came to putting toppings on the sandwich she made me tell her every single topping I wanted before even starting to add them and was rushing us to get it over with when there was no one else in line behind us. The overall encounter was completely unprofessional
