Subway

Placed a mobile order at 8 after checking the hours online and seeing they were open until 9:30. Order was confirmed and completed, or so I thought. I arrive at the exact time of pickup to see a dark store, clearly closed and an employee driving from around the back. I look on the door and see "updated hours" which also say open until 9:30. Very frustrated I leave and call the number to leave a message. Phone doesn't work apparently and the website is no help, so I go in the next day to get a refund. After I explain to the employee what happened she says, "Yeah we close at 8 now," like it's no big deal. If you are going to advertise you are open until 9:30 not just online but on your door, why close at 8 and continue to accept online orders? I was given a refund although the tip I left was

Stopped here on a bathroom emergency. Bathroom was gross with the loudest paper towel dispenser I've ever heard, but what was truly filthy was the comment made as I was leaving after grabbing a stack of napkins to blow my nose and this woman working this Thursday evening really disturbed my peace as I was walking out (very loud, condescending and sarcastic "Have a great day. Taking all my napkins" this was in front of a mom and her two children. That doesn't belong in food service. Hard pass ever coming here for a sandwich.

The service was fantastic, the staff persons moved through the lunch rush with relative ease and got people in and out quickly. I had a chicken salad on italian herb and cheese, which was pretty good. I did find the chicken tasted a bit salty but everything else was delicious. The prices seem to be in the mid range for area subs.

This location has got to be the most dirty and disgusting I have ever eaten at. The barrier between customers and the guy making the sandwiches was covered in dust, dirt, and old food smudges, like they had thrown meat against it from behind and just left it that way, it clearly hasn't been cleaned in a VERY long time, atop the barrier was a huge housefly happily sitting like a mascot, not a care in the world the subway employee oblivious to its presence. The vegetables in the bins looked old and wilted some of the lettuce even looked slightly brown. While sitting at the cleanest of the dirty tables in the dining room I noticed our mascot wasn't the only fly for there were at least half a dozen more flying around the dining room and in the the windows. This location is a huge health hazard

The customer service is excellent, and the food has me coming back pretty much every day. They have a great selection to keep from getting bored, and I have lost 5 lbs so far by eating healthier. (But they have snacks and cookies, too, so I can still have a treat when I want.) All in all, this particular subway is my favorite.💚 (and yes. Sometimes there is a line. Get over it...the food is worth it.🤨 maybe that's why they have so many customers.)
