This place is nice, I've seen it well kept and maintained, the workers are nice, especially the green haired lady! Every time I've interacted and seen her interact with someone, she's been absolutely pleasant! Would recommend this location! I also personally recommend the personal pizza, those are great, if you get extra cheese, have them toast is a normal amount of time and an additional 30 seconds or so 10/10 5*

Whoever bought this franchise from whoever owned it some years ago needs an award. Place is clean up beat and happy. Workers are pretty friendly, sandwiches are typically correct and it all seems fresh. Overall decent location compared to what it used to be. Well done.

Absolutely disgusting everytime I set foot in there now I bring my two kids, who eat anything and they won’t even eat this. I loved the other manager. She made sure I got FRESH food!!! And with her they were so speedy, now I’m waiting 10 minutes or longer for one customer in front of me! The green hair women is always talking bad about the other employees. I’m not there to listen to their inconveniences I’m there for SERVICE. The jaffrey and Gardner location is so much better and faster!

This is great location very clean! Great atmosphere. It’s sad that an existing employee “Eli” writes a false review. It’s against google protocol and against their guidelines in business google.

This is my second time going to this location in a month. I usually don’t leave reviews but this is so frustrating. I hope someone sees this in management and does some training or something. First time I ordered here, my sandwich was completely wrong…bread was wrong, wasn’t toasted and all the filling was completely wrong. I ate it anyways and just let it go and chalked it up to a fluke. The second time I ordered here, I got all the way home and the bread was completely wrong and it still wasn’t toasted. I really don’t care…honestly, it’s not the end of the world but when I spend my hard earned money, I would at least like to get what I asked for…especially since I ordered on the app and there was no way for me to miscommunicate.
