Subway

Multiple times I have been denied service late night. Tonight I was not greeted as I walked in instead was yelled at loudly that any subway orders would be 30 minutes. I was told that they go on break when bar hours close. Subway is the only place for food in williams after hours but time after time they are rude and deny service.tonight was the very worst. I will never direct another customer there. They should close overnight instead of advertising 24 hour service. Very very rude, argumentive unhelpful staff. Obviously hiring and retaining staff out of desperation. If you want to be served by tweeckers and treated like a bother this is the place. Zero stars!!

I stop at this truck stop almost every week and usually order a sandwich from Subway. BRIAN provides very professional and friendly service. The sandwich was made perfectly and tasted great. Excellent customer service.

My husband and I stopped while traveling and really needed a decent meal. I always get a 6” veggie so really needed the veggies to fill. EVERY veggie was fresh and there was plenty! It was a fantastic sandwich! The young man & lady working were friendly & accommodating & quick with their work! Kuddos! Thank you for offering clean, healthy food!

DO NOT COME INTO THIS PLACE AFTER 10PM. THEY LITERALLY HATE THEIR JOB AND ARE THERE TO CASH A CHECK. Walked in after having a drink after work and was immediately shouted at by the Love's cashier "IF YOU'RE GONNA WANT A SANDWICH, THE ONLY SUBWAY EMPLOYEE JUST WENT ON A 30 MINUTE BREAK" was explained to afterwards that the/they do it because of the "bar crowd" so NOBODY gets service. We resorted to a couple of cold sandwiches and some chips for dinner. Whatever but if the service is that shit, why even pay somebody to purposely not make money? Just close at 10pm. Don't come here for 24/7 service. You might get better around 6am whenever an actual manager/employee shows up.

This little gem found inside the Love's truck stop is perfect for locals as well as the traveling tourist, and truckers alike. The people working at Subway are always friendly and seems like they enjoy working with each other too. The cookies are amazing!
