Subway

I am in here often. Today the guy that wears a necklace with a “C” around his neck finally did me in. People were coming in, it was around 1:00…when we had about 6 people in line he said very loudly “ I am about to lock the door because I’m not dealing with it.” He has a VERY bad attitude when taking orders. He also does not help the other person making our food if they get behind. He disappears to the back for minutes at a time. There is an Indian man that always helps the other person and gets us in and out very quickly but he’s the only one I ever see do that. The young man helping today had blonde/brown curly hair with a camo hat on. He also wasn’t getting in any hurry. All around this place is just very slow and the “C” necklace guy is someone I would NEVER consider working for me. I

7/06/2025 Ordered on app so take out. 45.00 worth 3 footlongs 1 half and got 2 correct called cause 3rd was supposed to be a meatball but it wasn't. People were rude I Ordered on app. Hung up on me and said nothing could be done about it. No women there all men and they seem like lights on but nobody's home. Food was gross. If could have given small dot of star would have. Asked for district manager number and they said didn't have one. Village LANE Wedowee Alabama not good. Plus the one who was making sandwiches and bread there were 2 1 outside smoking didn't wash hands was waiting for pickup and 2nd didn't wear gloves or the 1st one.

Have been here twice within the past couple weeks and each time the heavier set guy with a pony tail has been extremely rude, not friendly at all and had an attitude the entire time. If he’s miserable maybe he should find another job. We used to frequent this location but will be driving the extra miles to a different location. If I could give it 0 stars I would!

The workers are extremely rude. They act like it’s an inconvenience that you walked through the door. I wasn’t greeted or anything. The worker was rushing my mother while she was trying to order. He made the sandwiches very messy. The young man who made the sandwich has a disdain towards people the day I visited this location. Will definitely not spend another dime here. It’s sad that it’s no good locations to eat around here because they have so many workers with terrible attitudes.

Unbelievable. This place will not be here for long. My second time there in two weeks. I was really hoping to have a better experience this time, but it was actually worse. Lettuce was so brown I could not let them put it on our sandwiches. Food does not look fresh at all. The place is filthy. And the person making my sandwich had debris and dirt all over their clothes. I could not even enjoy my food for imagining the disgusting environment it came from. And the bread was not fresh. Never again! Also, I was the only customer there. Obviously I’m not the first one to observe how poorly managed this place is.
