Subway

Order wasn’t correct, food was not toasted or even warm for a hot sandwich. Prep time for a to go order was poor for a slow night. Get it in person and watch them do it or don’t bother.

Always loved subway in Watertown, so much better then Smithville, but today I got one, becon wasn't toasted, and after I got home to eat the bread was tough, not happy at all

In my opinion if you go to a sandwich shop and spend $50 for two people to eat you should at least get get service. I to this subway at least once a week and for the most part it's not a bad experience. The only time we have anywhere close to a bad experience is when one person is working. She is a heavy set brunette old woman. She is very rude and obviously thinks she is better than everyone and more educated. I can't even order a sandwich without her trying to correct me. For example I wanted pepperoncini on my sandwich and she made a big deal saying they are banana peppers, who cares just put them on my sandwich. Then I ask for pepper and she insists that it is black pepper, what difference does it make. So much for customer service this woman makes this establishment look bad. Here we

I have to say hands down best customer service and the food was sooooooo good!!! I would definitely be stopping on my way through again!!!
