The guy says you cant customize food. Im paying for so why cant in get it the way I want it. Never been to any other subway that doesn't make the subs according to your liking. I will not be going there again.

Claim they don't have your order when you call and they send an email that they cancelled it but refuse to give your money back. Was forced to go through my bank to submit a formal dispute.

Look at this…paid for double meat, and there’s literally 8 little chunks of chicken on this that doesn’t even cover the sandwich. $9.49 (before tax) for what….soggy bread? This is a complete joke and is absolutely absurd. DO NOT support business like this.

Food not fresh. Lettuce old and brown. Didn't toast the subs as we asked. A pinch of meat on the cheesesteak sub with barely any cheese. On top of that we got a Completely wrong sub. Ordered the #10 and got a sub with only turkey & roast beef . The #10 does not come with roast beef and it also includes 2xs the cheese which we did not get. The manager that made the sub was very rude and not willing to take accountability on a sub that HE made wrong himself. Instead he stated he would just take off the wrong meat but not give us cheese. EXCUSE ME? THATS cross contamination. You don't do that especially with someone who Could be allergic. If you know you made a sub wrong your ONLY option is to either REMAKE IT CORRECTLY OR A REFUND. Poor customer service and poor quality of food ordered through the app to do curbside which is an option and a male employee decided to argue about me not using the curbside and to do drive thru which says nothing in the app about it. Rather not spend a bunch of money to have some teenage boy argue about an option that's already on the app if they don't walk to the curb then they should update their app to where its not an option or add the drive thru to it. I would have went inside myself but I had a sleeping infant in the car. Shame on this subway and it's workers
