Debated not even getting a sandwich due the appearance of the counter, but I didn't want to make another stop. The glass was dirty with finger prints and food smudges everywhere. LOTS of flies. Sandwich was sad, pretty lite on the meat, 1 piece of roast beef and 3 pieces of turkey on a six inch. I said light mayo, light honey mustard. There is so much mayo and mustard it is running down my face and hands trying to eat it. Bread is dry and crumbling everywhere. I really DO NOT LIKE the new cases where you can't see them making your sandwich. First visit here. Won't be returning to this location.

Only 1 person working and takes over 20 minutes to get a sandwich if there is a line

Puts a fraction of the meat on the sandwich, that should be on it. A 12 inch, should be 4.9oz... there is so little meat on mine, that you can barely see it! Maybe 1 slice thick. Then I asked for light mayo and it was poured on extra heavy. I had to have him remove some of the 4 passes of mayo, he laid on there! The rest fine.

Ordered veggie delight Flatbread 6"-bacon Added. Bread was tough and could not eat it. Bacon was dry and hard. The bread and bacon was just heated. I was given a refund.The reason on the refund slip states order was rung incorrectly.

This was supposed to be a buffalo chicken sandwich but all I got was some bread and ranch sauce smashed into, absolutely disgusting
