Subway

I got to subway at 7:15 pm tonight. One employee was working on an online order. There was one person in front of me. After 20 minutes another employee came out from the back. At this point there are 2 more people behind me. The woman who came from the back dud not come and help make orders. She started doing trash and said she only had a little while until she got off. Took out trash and wiped down tables. I finally got my sandwich at 755. It should not take 40 minutes to get a sandwich. This store has gone down hill

Literally only leaving one star because it makes me. Anyway. Subway can we do better? Like seriously. I've been in this location a few times over the past 2 years or so. Not once has it been friendly customer service. Today I went in, there was an older white lady slicing meat and prepping food, okay cool. I used to work for Subway so I get it. However, she turns her head to look at me but doesn't speak and goes back to what she was doing. Then a black lady walks out who Im told goes by Erica. Again, looks at me but says nothing. Just starts talking to another customer from Circle K. After about 5 minutes if standing here waiting I finally look towards Erica and asked if the store was even open. She got a nasty attitude and says Im not even on the clock. Well, thats not what I asked. Af

Well I couldn't even get food in the first place so I can't even give you 0 stars but if I could I would. Can we walked in and older woman was at the counter she didn't even acknowledge us for 10 minutes and then on top of that she was changing out stuff to not change her gloves and because he didn't change her gloves when she asked what we were ordering I didn't get anything because I'm allergic to the onions and she was touching onions which is cross contamination which could have killed me if I tried to order something plain and simple.

The young shy man with long hair made my sandwich perfectly! He was very polite and I appreciate him. Thank you young sir for ur brilliance and for what u do!

I do not ever eat at subway anymore. Everytime I have in the past I have gotten horribly sick. Don't know if they don't keep their product cold enjoy or it stays out to long or what the deal is. Now when I even smell subway I swear my face turns green. 🤢
