Didn't get what we ordered as we ordered it. when we arrived the sandwich wasn't made yet in spite of the app saying so. There was only one person working and we had to approach about our order. This poor girl was in over her head and who ever did the scheduling for this Saturday lunch hour should be fired. It was the weekend before Christmas and you left her all alone. I don't blame her for her performance. As we were leaving another customer yelled at her. Shame on management.

I want to give a huge shout out to Jasmine. She took great care of us and was working alone with a long line of people waiting many of whom were ordering several sandwiches and was so professional and friendly! Thank you

Great service overall! I was super hungry, and the food was fresh tasted great. I’m a sucker for any kind of Italian sandwich, and their Hotshot Italiano from here was no different!

OMG went here for the first time, shop was dirty, windows and door look nasty. Worker very unprofessional and ungroomed, flat bread Cold along with the egg, there was no coffee, no drinks, really ?
