Subway

Subway is my go to place for fast food while I’m working. I’ve probably been to every subway in lane county. As soon as I walked in the door a lady name Natalie greeted me and told me about the specials they are having. After that a crowd of people came in and she was on it, greeting everyone and treating them like family. Best customer service I have ever seen from any fast food franchise.

There was hardly any veggies or sauce, making it pretty hard to gag down on the old, dry bread. Worst Subway I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and save your money.

LISA IS AMAZING. she mad all 3 of our footlongs in less than 5 minutes and they were perfect! She is highly attentive and very communicative.

ALL THREE sandwiches were SKIMPY, and unfriendly service. When i noticed how light she was building our sandwiches i asked for more olives and was informed "that she couldn't do that". I should have left the sandwiches on the counter and not paid. Love Subway, but I'll avoid this location in the future.

Asked about a price difference on the sandwich that I’ve ordered here for years, didn’t receive a response back from the worker then I said the nice girl in the back knows what I’m talking about, the worker then preceded to yell at me that she was on the phone with corporate, (I wasn’t asking to talk to her or anything I just said she knows what I’m talking about cause she’s made my sandwich for years.)I dropped it after that. the cashier then said have a good day without giving me my change, I asked if I could get my change back, they gave me the wrong change, after I said that they proceeded to scoff in my face and try to recount the change, after they did they slammed it on the counter. I’ve came here for years as a local but doubt I’ll come again because it was such a rude experience.
