Used to be great. New employee skimps out on the portions with every online order I make. I complained online but was told basically to screw off and that nothing would change. Pro tip: DONT GO HERE anymore, go to Mendon’s location for proper service and an owner that cares.

You know the saying, "When someone shows you who they are, believe them?" Yeah well, believe the reviews. Unfortunately I didn't read prior to ordering. But when I came to leave a negative review, quickly discovered that this wasn't a one off. I ordered two subs, one being a veggie. I pretty much ordered extra everything because I have been to this location before and even in person have to say extra. So I knew they skimp out on the portions. When I got there I thought I was pleasantly surprised seeing a new worker thinking that she would do better. Absolutely not. I got home opened up my sandwich and not only was there not extra anything but barely anything. Again this is a veggie sub there's no meat. As others have mentioned they pretend they never got your order and give much less meat than other locations. If you want to pick the food up you paid for order it in person not via the Subway app. Been like this for at least 8 years.

Unable to contact via phone, missing items and need a refund for items not received. They’re cheap with the meat on sandwiches, if your going to charge $10 for a sub then I expect $10 worth of meat! Do not recommend!! And I want my refund!!!!
