Subway

As a customer, have you ever been told that the customer is NOT always right? Repeatedly & with a raised voice by the Subway employee on duty? Because my husband has. All he wanted was a sandwich made the way he asked, but instead was yelled at by the toothless subway employee who had hair so long it was dangling in the food "THE CUSTOMER ISN'T ALWAYS RIGHT!" Over and over and over again. As a person who used to be a manager in the food service industry, the customer IS ALWAYS RIGHT. Period. You make that sandwich the way they ask. Period. All my husband wanted was for this employee to put his lettuce & onions on the sandwich before the sauce. That's it. And this employee (who's name she refused to give because she wasnt wearing a name tag) stated thats not how we make them at this locatio

They always get my order right and seem to love making delicious subs!

I think the guys name was David? He was so friendly! I even asked him if I was coming in to late because he had everything cleaned up and he said nope and kept going! He was very nice and said thank you ma’am after I was done speaking. We need more David’s in the world, he was polite, fast & kind. Give this guy a raise!

Was at this location around 6 - 6:30 pm this evening. The server took his time to seemingly attempt to wait on me. I requested a regular menu item and was told it was not a available. While looking through the glass to decide on another option I was told not to touch anything because he was not going to clean again tonight. I said fine I will go somewhere else. He said "good". I am not a slob and his rudeness was totally uncalled for.

Will never go back to Upland Indiana Subway! Poorly stocked, didn't have condiment cups to put banana peppers in. When I asked for Flatbread she went back & got a new bag of Flatbread & asked me if it was ok if she used 2 6 inch for my sandwich rather than opening the bag she just got out. I told her that was fine, however, the 2 6 inch Flatbreads she used were old & dried out & falling apart. Instead of putting the same amount of meat & everything else I ordered on it what I got was less than what you would put on a foot long by far. I asked her if she could stir the lettuce as you could visibly see the lettuce was in bad shape, the cucumbers were bad so I dint even bother with them. She had a nasty attitude after I asked her to stir the lettuce. To top it all off the place wasn't very cl
