I ordered 35 minutes ahead of me arriving on my route for a quick grab n go. well No order was sitting on counter, I sat and watched the lady come out sat ticket on table. go to the back come back out and two customers walk up and she starts making theirs over mine that is already paid for mind you 30+ minutes ahead of them, so i sat and waited until she finished theirs. after they left, she went to back and never came back out… I had to walk in and her excuse oh sorry I was busy…. Na cancel my order i’m good

ordered two sandwiches, I was served by Mari, very slowly. her service was subpar both in speed and in attitude. she spoke very quietly and seemed annoyed when I couldn't understand her. even when we finally got past the ordering process she put the wrong cheese and instead of listening when I told her it was wrong she put the one I requested right on top of it.

I ordered a foot long sandwich online. There was only 2 pieces of ham on the whole thing no lettuce, and very little vegetables on the sandwich. No the first time that they have messed up my order.

Update: This location just keeps going down hill. My the chicken in my salad tasted like burnt rubber, and the olives were disgusting. My husband said his sandwich wasn’t so great either. We used to really enjoy getting food here, especially when it first opened, but unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill. Lately, it seems like the staff isn’t paying close attention to online orders. Today, I ordered the bacon chicken salad with ranch and double meat—but what I received was the smallest salad I’ve ever gotten from this place, with no bacon and garlic aioli instead of ranch. I picked up the order for my family and didn’t realize the mistakes until I got home. The garlic flavor was overwhelming, and the salad was disappointing.
