Subway

Stopped here on a road trip. We ate in and had great service and fantastic food. From the outside it may not look like much, but the inside is clean, updated and comfy. Next time we come through the area, we are going to be sure to stop.

I had a frustrating experience at this Subway location. I go to use the restroom and see a sign saying it was “for customers only,” which I completely understand. So, I went to order something just to qualify as a customer and asked for a cookie. The lady working rudely told me I still couldn’t use the restroom, even though I was trying to make a purchase. Not only did this make no sense, but the attitude I received was unprofessional and unnecessary. If you’re going to require someone to be a paying customer to use the restroom, then at least honor your own policy. Terrible customer service.

I don't normally write reviews, but this place was ABYSMAL. Most of the staff was just unfriendly, which honestly, I didn't care much about at first—but the manager, or perhaps owner, was just annoying. I asked if I could just buy a drink so that I could use the bathroom and he took forever to ring me up and kept making obnoxious jokes about charging me five dollars, which weren't really jokes considering the drink he told me to buy so that I could use that bathroom was way over priced. Then when I finally got to the bathroom it was filthy and out of towels. I had to go out and use napkins, which I couldn't throw away because the trashcan had cardboard over it to prevent outside trash from being thrown in it. As I was leaving one the staff asked in a very rude tone if I locked the bathroom

As of 7/5/25 there was only one employee working the entire restaurant. She was very nice, and made our food fast. Food tasted great! But I just feel bad because the store had no men's restroom working, and no A/C. She was doing 3 jobs at once. Just keep that in mind if you are wanting to stop here, she is doing her best, but it is hard to manage a drive-thru, and the sandwich making at the same time with no AC and one less bathroom!

Quick service. Could be quicker if the person serving me wasn't on her phone causing her to mishear me and then incredulously not understand that I did indeed ask for an ingredient that she didn't hear
