Subway

Order a med/large order. Had to send door dasher back x3 to get order corrected. Still incorrect, tried calling to fix the issue no one answers, then the food that is delivered looks like some ate on it already. Very disappointing

This place sucks. They are constantly “forgetting” my mayo. Asked for extra and got none. Last time I’m ordering there.

I ordered a simple meatball sandwich for pickup last night. When I got back to my hotel, the meatballs and marina sauce were cold like they had just come out of a refrigerator and there was also pepperoni on the sandwich. It was disgusting. How do you mess that up? Or maybe let your customer know that the meatballs aren’t hot so I can choose something different. Ridiculous

So I just went into our local Subway at 7:20 p.m. and asked the sandwich prep guy for a footlong meatball sandwich he looked straight at me and said I'm sorry we're out of meatballs all I have is the marinara sauce. I looked at him and asked are you serious and he said yes I'm sorry! Now get this they don't close till 10:00 p.m. there was no one else in line behind me sure they were fixing sandwiches for an elderly couple ahead of me but I would have wait patiently had the gentleman went back to thaw more meatballs but he didn't even ask if I wanted to wait or had any other sandwiches that I might have wanted he just went over to the toaster oven and ignored me. Very disappointed

Call in orders take priority over walk-in customers. Hope you have lots of call ins…..based on having run off most of your walk-ins. Good food, over priced, poor service.
