Subway

This place needs to be closed! I went in today to get a sub using the coupons that i received in the mail. I wanted to use the buy footlong and get 6 in free. The lady told me they don’t do that in the store you have to online. Okay. So I went with the order Buy a footlong and got a tuna and wanted to add on bacon pepperoni she told me that she can’t do that i was like why it’ll be an extra charge. So she checked with the other employee which he confirmed what i said was true. So moving to the veggies I love black olives from subway and extra for extra not too much but she was like we can’t give extra and mind you it was not a lot that she put up there maybe like 8 to 12 olives that was spread out so at this point i’m over it the sandwich didn’t look appealing at all like at most subways w

Unbelievable- store should be open … it’s 9:10 am. I went to door. Locked. Person saw me-still not unlocked door

It takes people to run these businesses, they're as successful as their owners dedication to not only their profit but to those that keep the doors open, like the staff. Overall, my interaction with staff has been friendly, fast, and sometimes fun. Remember humans work there, humans that work long hours and days on end without days off. They are doing the best they can.

This location needs new employees. The boys in there are too busy listening to their headphones and flirting with female customers to do their jobs. Why is it 3:00 pm and there is no tea made, dirt and lettuce all across the floor, and you’re not even that busy? Not to mention the order was not made correctly. And you have to come inside to make your own drink? I ordered mobile and was told in the drive thru to come in and make it myself. Terrible service. The owner/manager definitely needs to shadow and retrain their staff.

Food was good but the service sucked. The guy making our food had earbuds in and wasn't listening to us. Was going to order more but just took what they had made and left. Don't think we will go back.
