The employees were respectful and helping me suggesting the sandwiches and they friendly, good place to visit next time

I placed a mobile order right in front of the counter, lining up like everyone else, when it was my turn, they told me to step to the side. I waited for 15 minutes and noticed people who didn't do a mobile order were able to get the employees to work on their subs and get it before me. I told them it was unfair to treat me differently just because I had a mobile order but I also lined up to counter just like everyone else. They told me that the mobile order is not their priority! Also, on the mobile order, I asked for extra sauce and veggies, but since they wouldn't let me stand in front of the counter, I couldn't see. It turns out that they didn't follow at all, and the sub tasted like garbage! What a waste of money and time! The employees were so disrespectful and unprofessional! I subm

Update 1: Look at how they try to steal your money (Pic). The bag total is 6.99, but miraculously I need to pay ~$11. Most deceptive fast food place ever. The uni needs to kick these guys to the curb. $8 for a 6-inch meatball marinara? GTF-O. Absolute price gouging, and outright rude service. This place should be replaced with something more affordable to students.
