Very good employee service made the sandwich pretty fast. 0 wait I was there twice after I went grocery shopping at big y and before with my father nobody. was there at around 3-4 pm. 13 dollars for a meatball sub and a soda well made.👍 only one employee working though.

Not happy that I was able to place an order through the app even though the store is closed. Also, the hours on the door say New Year’s Day hours are open until 9 pm. It is 5:20 pm. Stafford Springs has crap for food around here and then the places that are here aren’t open even though they should be.

Subway is a fairly consistent franchise. The menu is the same and the atmosphere is the same. The only thing that I find that varies is the portions based on ownership. This location didn't short me on my meats like other locations have. You know what you are getting at a subway. This place does the franchise namesake proud.

How do you get stale bread at 4pm in a SANDWICH place that supposedly bakes bread all day! 🤦‍♀️👎 Was rush time so so out of or low on toppings ( I understand not keeping lot out to spoil etc... but rush hour should be prepared for stack of customers and app orders... I only had veggies, asked for extra cheese but did not get extra cheese... also thought was interesting that you no longer can see/ view meats and cheese section only veggies and condiments. Everyone order was correct and seem to enjoy it. But definitely dissapointed with stale bread ( literally hard other edges and end. Not soft and squishy like freshly baked..

This store sucks New owner does not accept coupons makes you pay full price for horrible quality little to no meat on your sandwiches. We ordered three sandwiches today and when we opened up the paper, it looked like it was just the bread. No meat in sight whatsoever. Brought it back to the store and they told us that that was all they allowed and it goes by weight. Horrible experience never going back again.
