Subway

I walked in and got greeted with a smiling face. The 2 ladies working tonight had amazing teamwork and communication. They both helped me so much and were very patient. The atmosphere was clean and the food stayed fresh all day. Very delicious and would very recommend!!

I want to say great job to the lady’s working! They were very kind but the reason for the review is because when I got home and opened my cookies after finishing my sandwich I was missing some of my cookie! I ended up not eating my second cookie because idk if it was broken or bitten off. Also didn’t get my receipt to do the survey there either. Next time I will. Let me know your thoughts on the photo!

Drive thru is slow...super slow. I watched people walking in after I put my order in already, and they received their food before me. I wont be giving this store my business anymore. It shouldn't take 30 min to make a 6" sub. This place is a joke.

Updated review! As manager did reach out and offered either a refund or 3 new subs. Ordered a pickup order for 3 meatball subs, arrived on time, and got the sandwiches. Went home to eat and took a bite of the sandwich and the meatballs were frozen cold, sauce cold as well. Even the other 2 toasted subs had cold meatballs and sauce. Called the restaurant, a girl answered, told her what happened, and all she said was she was sorry and then went silent… I said so yeah like what happened why are they cold? She just said I’m sorry and the manager should call you on Monday. I’m guessing they ran out of meatballs in the hot well and grabbed them from the freezer/fridge and either heated them in the microwave for a very small amount of time or just put the on the subs cold as well as the sauce. H

There are small workers who don't know how to welcome people. Since I was a new client at Subway, I just asked about the menu and they made jokes. It's okay. But they need to be trained well so that they can do their job very well.
