The associate Corey made sure that our food was done to perfection. He weeded out all the old product and the ones that we're not good enough insane precision. The overall experience was amazing and I love the way this man works. Definitely a 5 out of five give this man a raise

Had to call 3 times to get an answer. Asked to place an order for 30 cookies with a 3 hour heads up. This was at 3:30pm. Was told that was too much work because it was their lunch rush (at 3:30pm) and they couldn't handle it. I guess we now know where not to go for a solution in a pinch!

I asked for a chicken bacon ranch wrap warmed please, which I have gotten many times before. Young man with many hickes on his neck said what kind of cheese, I said shredded. Older woman says anything else, I said yes I will take the 6 macadamia nut cookies that are left. The gentleman said what kind of cheese did you say again, I go back over to where he is and say to him, you asked me that once. To which he says I forgot. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch protein bowl (a salad with double meat) and got a chicken bacon salad with a dash of lettuce. I would have said something; however, it was ordered and picked up by someone else who did question this but was assured it was right..... common guys! The bowl was also (MAYBE) a 1/4 full, when typically it is touching the top. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I just left after dining in with my mom today. We had sat in the parking lot finishing a phone call for about ten minutes before entering, that is how I know no one had been in there. We walked in, there was no hello, and absolutely no pleasantries from them the entire time. Throughout my order, I tried to be happy and plesant as anyone can be having a bad day.
