Understaffed. They will absolutely wait for a mobile order placed 20 minutes prior to show up to pick up food, and then start two other walk in customers sandwiches before beginning the mobile order. 😡
Wanted to leave this review purely because I had dropped my card at the counter, and for 4 hours, the main employee had kept it safe until I retrace my steps! I can not thank you enough! The world is not always kind, but I'm happy to do business with good, honorable people! Also the sandwich was great, the atmosphere was clean and open.
Ordered Italian herb and cheese bread and got plain bread. Tried to call no one answering!! Pretty expensive for grinders not to get what you want. Receipt says Italian photo shows plain.
Better Subway than what I have back in MA there was a good amount in my grinder.
Had good service and employees were nice, lines were quick but meat on sandwiches is just slapped on and folded bad
