Subway

I went in for a sandwich, and the man running the counter acknowledged me but didn’t say anything. I was waiting for nearly 10 minutes before he asked what I needed. The entire time he had an AirPod in and was on the phone. The food was mediocre, but the customer service was terrible.

This place is great. I don’t need to say much as it’s a subway and is just amazing, but this one holds a special place in my heart. All in all I love this Subway and would eat again.

The last few times I have ordered sandwiches the white bread is very crumbley and falling apart like its old bread and not fresh. My sister said the same thing about it.

Where do I start…. Oh, 🙄 I know…. Rude. Absolutely RUDE!!! customer services is 0 out of 10 at best! Went in to get a wrap, then was told, we don’t have anymore wraps. So I had to figure out what I wanted as what I wanted is not available (not surprised). Then was told to hurry up and decide. He has cleaning to do. … I had to take a breather and pray😡😡!!! I just walked out! And stated I will never be back! NEVER! I live in Sheridan and love the Subway brand, but I can’t support any business who gives me rude service. THE DQ in Sheridan is just as bad with customer service! Simply RUDE!

Staff is always very nice, it’s very clean in the dining room. Food is exceptionally good for subway, you can tell they keep things clean and fresh in the kitchen by the food quality.
