Subway

I will never come here again and to be honest I want a refund. I ordered a sub through the app, which I normally don’t do but only did it because the buy one footlong get one free. I ordered both subs to include oil and vinegar. Now I NEVER had this issue, but idk if the guy soaked both subs in it but it felled apart and I tried to eat it but it was disgusting and soggy, so I trashed it.

Is there a such thing as no stars, this is ridiculous. Ordering on the app was lovely picking up my sandwich and opening the bag to see juice on the bag from what I don't know cause I don't get sauce except mayo, the bag has stains on it as if oils are on it. And the pic shows how the sandwich isnt wrapped properly and the sandwich is exposed before I even open it. This is my 2nd bad experience at this particular Subway so no way am I going there again.

I really regret stopping here. The two employees working were extremely rude to me, and yelled and cussed each other as I tried to get through the sandwich. I was the only customer present, so not busy, but they literally turned their backs on me when I asked for a napkin. The guy walked into the kitchen, and the girl left the counter. It was a crazy experience!

Both workers spoke so softly I couldn’t understand what they were saying. The bottom part of my bread was soft but the top was hard as a brick. The chicken strips were not fully cooked. I took one bite and had to spit it out immediately. Smh also a worker was about to touch my sandwich without changing her gloves from making a sandwich for previous customer-I had to to tell her to change her gloves. Smh.

I normally don’t ever make reviews but the staff at this location are a joke. Waited in line for 10 minutes (which isn’t an issue, I’m patient with food service staff). When it gets to my turn the lady asks my order. Phone rings so she walks away to answer and still has her gloves on. When she returns she starts going to make my sandwich and I ask her to change her gloves. She proceeds to walk away, and tell the person at the front she refuses to serve me now. Like girl lol your being disgusting in a food service place. Not coming back. All the containers were just left open, flies on the food and clearly the staff doesn’t wash their hands or change their gloves in between touching different things. Where is the management for this store?!
