Subway

Husband order a BLT with light mayo and only received bacon and mayonnaise. I’m pretty understanding about fast food but they were not willing to take any accountability for it said he only ordered a 6in bacon and mayonnaise sandwich when it clearly states on the receipt he ordered a BLT😂. They also are more than willing to argue but can’t handle you arguing back. Definitely don’t go through the drive thru!

12/30 around 1:30pm. Took a high school basketball team here. There was a total of 32 people on the bus. The staff at this location were very organized and had a system that really worked. It took about 20 minutes from the first order to the last. Veggies looked fresh, and the dining area was one of the cleanest I have seen in a while. Management should be very proud of this group of professionals.

We got two sandwiches last nite. They were made so wrong n bad that it seems like it could have only been done on purpose. Half my stuff was on hers and half hers on mine. I asked for just lil bit extra mayo. It seemed n looked like the sandwich was floating n mayo. Gross. Also she took few bites of her and said something on hers was bad. Been out to long. We r lucky we didn’t get sick. Couldn’t even eat them. I’ve tried callin multiple multiple times today but no one will answer the phone. Sorriest subway ive ever seen not that subway is that great anyways

I absolutely LOVE Scottsburg subway, the service is great, the food is always made perfectly, the employees are always so fun. Especially Jose and Desi, every time I come in there, they’re always just so ecstatic and fun, they work quickly, efficiently, and the subs they make are always 12/10. Fantastic group of people, fantastic food, fantastic atmosphere. I always feel welcomed here, even when my order is weird.

The food is fresh every time and they don’t make me wait too long. The store has improved tremendously since Bethany became the General Manager! She’s the best!
