Absolutely terrible location. Have been going to it for over 10 years but the last few years have gone down hill. This is the second time that I put an online order in through their website with major issues. Order went through, order confirmed, pick up time provided and was changed. Get to the store and no surprise- they say it didn’t come through. How is that possible, when I was changed? I am very easy going about things like this, so I thought no worries, I’ll just have the store remake the subs and the charge will probably drop off. The store remakes the subs but won’t honor the coupon I used. I have already been charged $17 for the order “that did not come through” and now they want to charge me $30 for the same exact 2 subs. Are you serious????? I said never mind and left. Absolutel

They got some illiterate folks working there or something. Ordered a sandwich online. Go to pick up, tell them my name…. Hands me a sandwich and I think nothing of it. Get back to work to eat it and I’m like “this isn’t what I ordered” looked at the name and it was for “Travis S” my name sounds nothing like Travis. I called, they told me they had the sandwich there…. Another 20 minute round trip drive. Not a single apology either or even a “you’re welcome” after saying thank you. Place sucks

Well ordered online, gave them 1 hour to get food ready, just 1 foot long, once I got there had to wait 35 minutes for my sandwich, people walking in off the street where in and out, bad service
