The entire service area is behind plexiglass from floor to ceiling, which was ominous. Upon paying for my food order, I was automatically charged a tip, which I did not authorize. The clerk argued with me and stated I approved it when I did not. The clerk and her coworker tried to ignore me, however, I was persistent and requested a refund of the tip. Finally, I was given a cash refund of the tip. Additionally, the drink fountain did not have ice for the drinks. Although this restaurant was close to work, I will not be returning. Really cool place, amazing food, the service was a little bad and overall the place is good, one of the workers clearly didn't like it there as they crumbled up my money when giving me the change and she ended up giving me the wrong lid size for my soda when I asked for a large, I couldn't get her name but please, whatever you do, DO NOT PAY IN CASH

Rude employees. The service is horrible, stingy with their toppings, the tables are disgustingly filthy and to top it off they don’t allow customers to use the restrooms.

Coming here the second time, one of the worst experience. This shop has absolutely no manner at all, especially,the manager is so rude and mean and insulting experience. I do not carry credit card this time and had limited cash so I have to ask for holiday special ( 5 dollars on other stores) but the manger said not on Santa monika and the only one is meatball with 7.50 so I go ahead with it. She just put slices of vegetable and when I ask for more vegetable and she said will be difficult to close, I said no need to fold. She told me only olives nothing more and she did not even ask me for what kind of dressing just finish it to ask me to pay. She even extend her craziness, I was told by a pedestrian in front of the store when I went out to get rid of water from water bottle to refill
