Subway

We were here mid day Saturday, this young man was working his tail off. I thought he was alone. There where 2 young females that came and stood behind him looking at something while the customers waited. I felt awful for him.

Ordered online and when we got them home and opened them up they were so poorly made I couldn't even save 1/2 of the footlong because the bread was covered in the sauce since it was every where. The toppings were falling out everywhere. We didn't want toasted bread so they didn't even warm up the meat on my husband's Philly or my rotisserie chicken subs. 2nd graders could have put it together better than this. I even tipped them in the online order!

We were greeted with 2 workers Jayson and Jack they friendly just all out nice. Made our visit at Sandstone Subway pleasant and left with a smile. Good job guys. Thank You

Our kid had to make a pit stop and it was late in the evening so we decided we would get food too. Found it very alarming that the young employees weren’t wearing masks during these times. Please have your employees wear masks, they breathe over everyone’s food they’re making and could be asymptomatic. Common sense at this point.

Ordered through the app and he started my sub wrong and I told him it was wrong and he refused to fix it. Then he put the wrong sauce on and still wasn't going to start over. I left without the sub I already paid for. Came back tonight and even though they close at 9 they were already packing up for the night before 8 and refused to help us. Never again. I'll drive to Moose Lake if I want Subway.
