Subway

I have been here more than once and know that this is an excellent Subway. All their food looks as fresh as you can get -- from a Subway, at least. All the staff I have interacted with were calm, friendly and helpful and fill out orders just how they're asked to. This place has quite a bit of seating and is usually very clean, like it was today. Strongly recommend this establishment.

Does anyone know who the manager is at the Subway in town? I stopped in earlier and was told they were out of a certain type of bread and it would be about a 20-minute wait. I left for about an hour, came back, and was then told it would be another hour and a half. Meanwhile, the employees were laughing and sitting on the counter in the back, which felt really unprofessional and like my time wasn’t being taken seriously. I’m not trying to start anything, but I would like to speak with the manager or owner so this can be addressed. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you!

I did a mobile order and when I got my sub it wasn’t toasted. But after called and talking to them, they said we just needed to come in and they’ll remake the sub. The Rocky mount store has great and very kind employees

Very clean atmosphere, service was amazing! And the food was very good. Decent portion sizes.

This is a pretty nice subway. They were busy when I was there but they still did good job taking care of their customes. Subs were good, I find them to be a little pricey.
