Subway

The customer service there is amazing ! Best subway I ever been to. The girls bri & Aliya I recall that was there names are so sweet! My sandwich tastes IMMACULATE! These girls deserve a raise ! The food is always fresh & the environment is always clean ! So if u ever looking to grab a good ole sandwich hit this subway up !

Stopped at the Subway in Robert, La- big mistake. I ordered a chicken teriyaki- the young guy said I have to make it up, we ran out. Flopped chicken in a bowl with a ton of sweet onion teriyaki- heated it up and then flopped on my bread-so much teriyaki sauce and chicken I could not eat it- sandwich was so soggy. There were a bunch of kids in there working and very unprofessional. Who ever owns this subway should be in there to see what’s going on. Worst experience- couldn’t even eat the sandwich. Had to eat what I could with a fork- I wasted my money.

Had $50 order with several sandwiches , EVERY one of them were wrong , some had EXTRA meat , and it was not added , we ALL had cheese , not one sandwich had cheese on it . My husband went back to the store bc of it and they remade one sandwich , and still got it wrong , he was so exhausted and starving at that point he just said F it took what they made and left . Employees are not friendly , they don’t read the orders correctly when placed online . Sadly. This isn’t the first time . Meat was cold. Breads were soggy , and gross . Not even dressed as it read on order.

I ordered through the app a Boss salad and a Boss footlong which is supposed to come with 50% extra meat. Somebody needs to teach the young man who fixed both of my items what 50% extra meat means b/c I only had one slice of each meat that goes on the salad and the sandwich. If I wasn’t exhausted I would drive back over there and insist that they make good on my purchase. Make sure you check your sandwich/salad purchases before leaving the store in Robert, LA.

While the food here is as good as any other Subway and the workers are very friendly, they have one ongoing problem that causes me to pause and watch closely as my meal is being prepared every time I visit. Often, especially if they are busy, they make the sandwich then make the sale at the cash register (pushing buttons…handling money etc). Afterwards, they go back to making sandwiches without changing their gloves. I observed it happen yesterday and quietly stepped out of line and left the establishment. While this doesn’t bother most people, it is cross-contamination and poses a risk to customers. Hopefully, management will address this situation to insure there’s less chance of passing contagions along to the public.
