Subway

I got charged for two subs that I never received because the app showed the orders errored out. The owner told me the charges were just pending. The charges went through. When I complained using subway app I received an email stating the matter was resolved even though I received no compensation.

Spoke hardly any English and had hair swinging around the food…the sandwiches were squished and seemed like they carelessly threw stuff on them and threw them in a bag..the environment was filthy and they’re unprofessional they need new management and staff.

I was there Sunday night 9/14/25The young lady took my order was very nice I would give her a 10 the food I would give a 1 not sure what was wrong with food but my daughter and I both got sick I tryed to call Monday morning and then did not answer call 3 or 4 times did not have to stop by I live out of town but the boss need to do something

firstly i walked in and she said why are all these kids out of school. we told her we needed a second she starts another order that’s fine, but when we said we were ready she caught an attitude and started talking to her co-worker saying how we needed a minute and now we were waiting on her. just very nasty and rude attitudes from both co-workers. we hadn’t even finished placing all of our orders and she’s ringing it all up basically rushing us out of the store. i get if you’re having a bad day but that shouldn’t determine how you talk to us paying customers.

Gianna was on the line. She was absolutely amazing. She deserves a raise frl. She made our sandwich with love. I could really tell she loves her job! She was so enthusiastic! She held a conversation really well. When we asked her to cut our sandwich into fourths she didn’t hesitate to do it! She genuinely cares about the customers.
