Overall: food is substandard compared to other subways, not service oriented, and it takes a long time. There were only a couple cars in the lot and drive through was empty when I came. It took more than 25 minutes for one sandwich. The bread was dried out. Hardly any veggies so the sandwich was mostly bread. I requested it to be toasted and it wasn't. Had American instead of Monterey jack cheese. The order system provides them a printout. They didn't follow it. I asked where the soup from my order was when they gave me the sandwich and they said "we don't have soup here" even though the system let's you order it. I was late for work and by the time they gave me my sandwich there was a long line of cars behind me also waiting. I tried to order here last week, the open sign was

I did a curb side and ended up having to go get my food after waiting 45 minutes. My teenager was happy with her food, mine tasted like fish so I took it back and my 3 year old wouldn't even touch his. He ate his chips and drank his juice and mine and ate my chips . The only thing I was able to enjoy was an oatmeal cookie. Only got a sorry in return and a partial refund for part of my meal. Not happy with this experience and it used to be a good place to go. No plans on going back anytime soon.

One horrible service! Two they don't even follow what you order. When you call to explain and talk with Manager Ashley she just gives excuses why she wasn't there or didn't see it. I don't care but if you order a salad and it states chopped salad it should be chopped if you oder a cheery coke it should be coke not dragon fruit water. So disappointing that after you wait 15 minutes for your order your expected to return after finding out its not the right one. I give them a chance once a year and they disappoint every time. Sorry if this is harsh I just thought I should get what I ordered.

My family and I were ignored the whole time we waited to make our order, they refused to acknowledge us. The employees here do not care about their customers, they are extremely rude and unprofessional. It was such a disappointment. We have never had a problem with any subway restaurant. Today, I went in with my folks at 7:10pm, their store closes at 8pm. We walked in with our masks on, there were two employees. Nobody greeted or acknowledged us, they straight up ignored us the entire time we waited patiently. After a while, it was clear that we were not welcomed and we did not feel welcomed so we decided to leave and go to the other subway in town.
