Subway

Each and every time they mess up your order and blame you or they say they have toasted your subs but they just got cold. If the sub was toasted the cheese would be melted not just placed on it. Night shift especially is very rude when they are told something isnt made correctly. They dont pay attention to special requests at all i guess thats what happens when its just ran by a bunch of kids with absolutely no manager in sight

The manager yelled at an employee to not speak Spanish with a customer who was trying to order. The manager said "we don't do that here, he (the customer) needs to order in English" Said to a paying customer. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

They are always, always getting the sub I order correct! Amazing food, amazing service!

Have ordered a few times through either the subway app or DoorDash. For whatever reason, this store cannot read, and follow simple instructions. When you ask that your sub is not toasted, or heated, that’s pretty self-explanatory that you do not heat the sub. Or, the wrong ingredients were added. How difficult is it to look at a screen to see what the customer wants?

Normally the veggies look fresh and crisp. Not this time, the lettuce was turning brown, the tomatoes were limp and dull looking all the vegetables looked like they had been there for days. The girl who was fixing my granddaughters sandwich (ham) put 3 maybe 4 pieces of ham on the sandwich and pulled the last piece over to cover up the gap of the "no meat to cover the bread area". I asked her to please put atleast another piece of meat on so that my granddaughter tasted something other than bread. I was totally disappointed at how much food was spilled and laying around the bins. I have never had this experience at this location but will not be going back. I will get my sandwiches else where and bring them with me next time. Very disappointed!
