Two Stars: Because I Didn't Die I'm granting this franchise two stars for one simple, life-affirming reason: I paid $17 for this “sub”standard culinary experience, and I did not, in fact, contract anything lethal. That’s a miracle, and miracles deserve a star. The environment felt less like a sandwich shop and more like a post-apocalyptic deli where the staff were the last two survivors. There was one person trying to handle a five-person line while moving at the speed of slow-motion continental drift, and another leaning against a soda machine, radiating the quiet despair of someone who just lost the lottery and was down to her last Lucky Strike—or American Spirit, probably a lone Pall Malls based on the look of broken hope. Ordered a 6 in turkey sandwich. She placed the cheese, then the turkey, when asked about the veggies I asked for only black olives and pickles. She put 3 slices of black olives and four pickles. I asked if she could put more black olives and she put two more slices. Annoyed because she seemed very stingy with adding veggies, she stated "that's all they allow me to give you". Three slices of black olives for 6 in sandwich? This policy is ridiculous and not reasonable for the amount they charge for a 6 in sandwich. I asked if I could pay for additional serving of vegetables and she said no. Soo they won't give a fair serving of vegetables and they don't allow you to add more even for additional charge which shouldn't even be necessary. This is the only Subway location where I've experienced

Order on-line 2 sandwiches made one of them wrong. Took sandwich back made new one but the amount of meat that was on this one was not as much as the other sandwich. While the staff apologized about the mix up no one said how about a drink or chips for your inconvince for making a 2nd trip into the store. Was trying Subway again, but now I remember why I go other places for my sandwiches.

Order online 3 sandwiches. They made each sandwich wrong. Which the sandwiches were nothing complicated. I would have called and went back but unfortunately with a young baby that was not an option. Very disappointed and so were my children. Definitely don’t recommend going here specifically when the order is literally written down for them.

Ordered online for take out. Very disappointed in the effort. Sandwich barely had any veggies or meat. Definitely not like the image (see images) and next time I'll drive further to Jersey Mike's
