I went to get my order and came back in to store when noticing it had onions, tomatoes, and lettuce all of which I did not want on the sandwich I went in to explain to a peach color hair girl that was very rude and explained to me that she could not refund or remake the sandwich. In the mist of this I have 12 week old puppy in the car for about 15 minute trying to get a resolution about this and the girls were unwilling to help. No customer service, no compassion and it was my last eleven dollars and fifty six cent it’s currently 6:26 pm and I got the food at 5:33 pm I’m sitting outside trying to find a number. The one girl very tall told me that there was no number I needed to contact the app and she wasn’t willing to do anything for me. I also expressed how I was allergic to the items I

I walked to Subway on Tuesday February 3rd, 2026 starving as always!We were impressed w/ the store. so clean! The dinning area was tidy and the restroom was spotless. But more importantly the service we received was excellent all 3 ladies got to work with no hesitation 8 foot long sandwiches and 3 pizza later they saved dinner for the family.😀 Unfortunately I don't remember the young ladies names. But I did want to say we need more employees like them to have a successful business. Thank you very much for your help you deserve to be notified and recognized.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Subway for years, and I’ve always been able to count on them for 5-star service, fresh ingredients, and sandwiches made to perfection. Unfortunately, today was the first time they let me down. I ordered online for pickup, the 2 footlongs for $12.99 deal, which I was really looking forward to. But when I unwrapped the sandwiches, I was seriously disappointed. It felt like the bread had more personality than the fillings—barely any meat or toppings to speak of. It was so skimpy that it felt more like I’d ordered a bread-only sandwich. Subway…If you’re going to offer deals like the 2 footlongs for $12.99, then please fulfill those orders with the same quality and care as any full-priced menu item—your customers deserve better!

We all know Subway, love it. They have some new choices right now and they are good. Of course can't go without getting a cookie. This location is always clean, staff friendly and helpful.

The service is not very good. They are extremely slow. I don’t think they understand the concept of fast food. Portions are very skimpy as well. Save your money, and time and go somewhere else. it took the little girl 15 minutes to make a 6 inch sub good help is hard to find these days
