They serve burnt meatballs way to often. Almost broke a tooth a meatball was so hard

Service was horrible! They need to stop hiring young teenage girls they are very rude and act like serving, you is such a chore. The owner seemed like very nice people. It’s just too bad. They have to hire people like that.

The bread was stale, the menu has changed but the half frozen vegetables and super thin sliced tasteless meat is still the same. I liked going here because of the rootbeer and crushed ice, however the rootbeer tasted like stagnant water and the ice had a foul odor. The atmosphere gives hospital vibes.

The sandwich artist really didn't listen I had to repeat myself 4/5 times and then she forgot to start part of my order. Granted was lunch rush. But should take a moment for the one in front of you. She also finished the order behind me before I even got to the veggies like I was just skipped

Easily earns my 5 star review. They recently remodeled the restaurant, and they staff ensure it is always clean. The sandwiches there are great, with a very wide variety of ingredients. This is one of the best build your own sandwich shops I’ve been to.
