Subway

I've ordered here a few times. Sometimes good, but now more often than not it's been bad. The bread has been old and crusty the past couple times. I thought I would try one more time. Nope. I walked in to get my order and made sure to ask is the bread fresh this time, explaining the last few times it was not. They assured Me "oh yes it's always fresh". It was not. It was stale and crumbly and gross yet again. I'm done with the poplar grove location.

Went in for a pickup order and got there a little early and got to watch this young lady just bust her buut and take care of the customers while under pressure with guests waiting... everyone was taken care of. You don't see work athletic like that much anymore!

Edit from original post 9 months ago: I decided to give them another try, as the convenience of the location enticed me back. Just as disappointing this time. I ordered my wrap online and picked it up. It was literally slathered in mustard. To the point that I tried to take it apart and wipe some of the mountain of mustard off. Totally ruined the wrap and upset my stomach. Couldn’t even finish it. Yuck! I will not be going back. I ordered a cold cut combo. The girl behind the counter only put one kind of meat on the sandwich. I mentioned that it should come with 3 meats. She told me this is the way they always make it. I thought maybe things had changed since the last time I had ordered one and that "combo" now meant just a combination of bologna (yes, that's sarcasm). I mean, I was

This location is extremely slow. We hardly ever go here because of the slow service. Today we went and there was a girl who was taking bites of her sandwich in between customers. She also couldn’t get the mayonnaise out of the bottle and instead of banging it on the counter like most of the workers do she takes it to the garbage can bangs the top end of it over the trash and went back and used it on a guys sandwich. You have to ALWAYS watch them make your sandwich because they never put double cheese when they are supposed to. I don’t recommend this location at all.

Shelle was exceptional. She helped us when we had difficult time picking up order. She was kind, professional and easy to work with. I commend her and her team. Great job and excellent food!
