Subway

This is a tragedy. I always loved Subway, one of the greatest places to get some food at a pretty good price. Now, the last few times being in there, the staff don't even want to interact with you, it's like you're ruining their day by just being there. The places was dirty, is wasn't clean at all, there were flies, the food under the glass looked terrible and I am not sure if it was the food, but something smelled terrible. I only went back the last time, to give it one more chance. Now, I don't see me ever walking back in that store.

My husband ordered me a roast beef sub and got roasted chicken. When my Husband tried to tell her about it, she said it was new roast beef. Really. We only get sandwiches from Subway. We have 3 others we go to plus 1 in Wise. I'll never, ever go there again. It's totally rediculous. Moral to the story of this watch carefully when they are making your sandwich. We didn't get what we paid for. This shop is not the one in downtown Pikeville.

Ordered five subs. The crew member got everything right. The General Manger came out to help. Messed up my order completely. I work at a restaurant myself, but if the general Manger can not make the food properly then they need another job. Was told of I wanted to drive back and get my food they would remake it. I worked all day and had to take my kids to an after hours clinic. The last thing I want to do is go back out after I get home. That's just bad business. They should of offered a free sandwich next time I came in.

This use to be the best subway around. But they obviously don’t care who they hire. I stopped by a few minutes ago and this woman was making faces at everyone that was ordering like she dreaded they was in there. They also close way before they are suppose to closes. I don’t know if the owner knows and if they just don’t care. They will soon lose business if they don’t do something about their workers

I love going to this subway because the employees are just so good. Im a picky eater and they make my order exactly how I like it.
