It’s very good customer service
Great customer service and great people.
The man in there the other day kicked my friend out and told him he couldn’t place an order. It seemed to be due to the political shirt my friend was wearing. As a business owner that is rude and disrespectful. Me nor my friends will be back. Editing to reply to owner- this is the only location in Pembroke, you may not have a policy but it most certainly happened whether it’s a policy or not.
They gave me two pieces of meat across the whole sandwich. The black olives were thicker than the amount of meat I got on my sandwich. Seemed like a rip off honestly. Pretty much only tastes bread the whole time. Firehouse actually puts meat on their sandwiches.
This subway is most absolute best place to get you're freshly made sandwich
