Subway

I’ve worked for subway before and I’ve never had such an odd and off putting experience. The staff was quite rude and constantly gave dirty looks, the guy made my sandwich wearing the same gloves as he used to touch my deli meat to add on my toppings…. Then used THE SAME GLOVES to touch my boyfriends sandwich. when asked if we were taking it to go I said no thinking we were going to eat inside… the tables were disgusting covered in food and spills of some sort, and some of the floor was dirty. Will not be returning.

These people speak zero English i had to tell them multiple times what I wanted. Then when I go to check out the machine added a 2$ tip when I hit no tip. Tried to talk to them about it and again zero English so they couldn’t do anything. Very frustrating. Save your time and money and go to one of the other places in town and support a family business that can communicate with you properly

I am changing my review since the new owners have done an amazing job in turning this location around. It is literally the opposite of my original review (still have it below) but the new owners deserve a standing ovation for how they have made this place so much better than it used to be! Please give them another chance! I did and I was really happy with the service, food, and how clean and well maintained the entire store is. Bravo guys! I removed the images from the original review. They are no longer accurate as to how the food is prepared. ---- Old review ---- We ordered from this place twice through the website. The first time we ordered they forgot to put double meat in one of the subs along with the wrong kind of cheese. It wasn't a bad order and mistakes happen, so we went for

The food is good, but the help doesn't have ANY Customer skills. I waited 4-5 minutes, I could hear them in the back, a girl walks by with a trash bag and doesn't acknowledge that I'm there,walks back by, no eye contact. Finally, someone comes out, don't have the bread I want, the oven isn't working. They choose to not train their people, kids all know they pay the least around and you get what you pay for. The subs are reasonably good, considering, if there was a better option I would use it.

I just left this Subway and a fabulous kid, probably high school aged, named Tyler was working. He took my order, was very friendly and asked how I was doing. To speed up my order he asked me what I wanted to put on my sandwich before it came out of the oven, remembered the ingredients perfectly, and did a cool bottle flip with the dressing. Perfect sandwich, perfect service, well done Tyler!
