Subway

It's not the food at this one particular restaurant, it's just Subway in general. if I wanted a bread sandwich, I would go in and order a bread sandwich. No longer do any of the sandwiches look like what's on the menu boards. You're charged for every single piece of bacon, every extra slice of cheese. I'm surprised we're not being charged to have it toasted. In my opinion, Subway is fast food and should be treated as such.

1st time there while visiting my Mom. I wish Subway would offer gluten free bread for sandwiches! More stores need to offer this as an option. It was okay experience. Customer service is not at all what it used to be and that goes with any and all stores!!!!!

Same people have been working at this Subway forever, so they know exactly what they're doing. This place is a staple in Pawhuska, the best staff, best bosses and best food you find at a subway anywhere. The two building thing can be a little confusing but the new Subway they have built in the back is so nice.

So I was trying to explain what just happened to me to young man that was listening and talking to me that I only had $5 and if he could sell me a 6-inch sub for 5 bucks if I could afford it however I was rudely interrupted by the other employee who told me I need to leave immediately and kicked me out how rude is that they are missing out on business I've spoken to several locals that say he's extremely rude all the time even if I only had $5 if 100 people come in with $5 a day that's $500 the guy was not only rude he was extremely belligerent and he smelled of alcohol extremely it is Saturday October the 18th at 10: 45 I'm extremely disgusted in every way shape and form I've never seen such poor behavior at a job site

Always get our order wrong.... I specify all veggies but NO black olives. Black olives get put on my sub everytime🤷‍♂️ My wife gets a veggie sub, all veggies WITHOUT any hot peppers including banana peppers and this is the only time her order was correct. But fast service... Also, they do not honor any promotional deals sent to us via email or app...
