Under new management , service is great , employees are pleasant , food is prepared nicely

These "sandwich artists" at this location are horrible. Where did you find this group? Also the new spicy nacho steak taste nothing like steak. It's more like hot mayonnaise.

Flies kept landing on my food while the employee kept running to the back. Then they wanted to make a big deal out of me telling the guy making my food, "i think you forgot your mask." All he had to say was, "oh we aren't required to wear one." And the situation would have been over. I guess the Subway I normally go to cares more about the customers. Not only does the other subway's employees wear a mask when dealing w/ the food, They're always polite. It's your right to not wear a mask, it's mine to walk out. The guy was spitting every time he talked, but i didn't want to be rude. Sweet guy, so i'm sorry u were caught in the middle of the situation. A roach came crawling across the table next us us while we were eating

Ordered a Roast Beef Sandwich on several occasions and told the employee he was shorting the roast beef and he wanted to argue. Went back again and talked with the mgr. and they claimed only 2 paper thin slices go on a 6” sandwich. I called several other local Subway stores to confirm the amount of roast beef, and visited the other restaurants and received twice the meat. The other stores explained 2 “rolls” should go on a 6” sandwich. This store in Pass Christian was only using one roll. In the past year or so, I ordered 12” sandwiches and they were ringing up a couple of dollars than the actual price. When I brought it to their attention, they laughed and said the register needed re-programming. So, they were knowingly overcharging with no refund unless it was brought to their att
