Subway

I ordered probably one of the most simple and easy sandwiches: subway club. 6", white bread. Not toasted. Provolone cheese. Extra mayo. Lettuce, tomatoe, pickles and olives. I should have known something was wrong when it took your incompetent team 15 minutes to make said sandwich. The meat was tuff, and tasted racid, or maybe it was the Swiss cheese that tasted rancid instead of the provolone I asked for. Do you even carry Swiss? My guess is I don't want to know... The extra mayo i asked for would have been much appreciated to try and help soften the toasted bread(which i didnt ask for), that im guessing you did to try and hide how old hard and stale the bread was. This Subway is located in Idaho Falls. The food was pretty good. The bread felt a little soggy but the vegetables were tasty and the employees were fast and accurate sandwich artists. The tables were clean and the whole store felt good. I'd recommend this Subway.

I placed an order online and got a notification saying it was ready for pickup. I drove over right away, only to be told when I arrived that they were just starting to make it. What’s the point of giving a “ready” notification if it isn’t actually ready? Wasted my time standing around waiting for something that should’ve already been done. And why are the foot longs so small if I’m spending 25 bucks on to i expect more then just the bread. What is wrong with you guys.

Terrible went in February 6th around 6 and the guy working was terrible whoever made my subway just threw stuff in there not caring was missing stuff that was on the receipt. When I called the guy on the phone he was unprofessional should get fired

0 ⭐ Unacceptable Experience - Cockroach in Sandwich! I am writing to express my disgust and disappointment with a visit to Subway earlier tonight May, 22, 2024. My daughter-in-law ordered a sandwich and was horrified as she was eating to find a COCKROACH inside! Can you imagine biting into a sandwich and finding a live insect?! The experience was not only unsettling, but also raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the store. We immediately brought it to the attention of the staff, who seemed apologetic, and offered to replace the food.... No!! They seemed a bit reluctant to give a refund but they did give us one. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this Subway location again and would caution others to be vigilant when ordering food from this e
